From routine to ritual.
From tension to tenderness.
From disconnection to desire.
I guide couples in building intimacy that feels meaningful, safe, and deeply alive.
My mission
I am here because I know how relationships can shift over time — how love can stay, but intimacy can fade; how two people can care for each other deeply, yet feel disconnected, unseen, or stuck in old patterns.
And I am here because I am walking through these depths myself. My years in conscious relationships, including nontraditional ones, taught me more about connection, communication, jealousy, desire, boundaries, emotional honesty, and sacred intimacy than any book or teacher ever could.
I learned what it means to stay open when it feels easier to close.
To speak truth when silence would be safer.
To meet another fully while not abandoning myself.
To navigate pleasure, fear, and vulnerability in the same breath.
This work is not theoretical for me, it is lived, and it’s the reason I support couples with such devotion to move through the same struggles…
feeling more like friends or roommates than lovers
intimacy becoming routine, distant, or infrequent
craving emotional closeness but not knowing how to access it
struggling to express needs, desires, or boundaries
wanting to explore conscious intimacy or Tantra-inspired connection
but unsure where to begin.
None of this means your relationship is broken. It simply means you need new pathways — new tools, new experiences, new ways of relating that allow both of you to feel safe, open, and desired again.
Your relationship is not meant to stay stuck in routine. You can grow together. You can reconnect. You can fall in love more consciously than ever before.
How I work with couples.
Facilitated relational coaching — creating a safe, guided space for honest conversation, emotional closeness, and deeper understanding.
Nervous system co-regulation — supporting both of you to move out of stress and into shared safety, ease, and presence.
Guided couple rituals — intentionally designed experiences that invite trust, intimacy, and connection back into your relationship.
Conscious communication & polarity work — learning how to express needs, desires, and boundaries while understanding attraction and relational dynamics.
Tantric-inspired intimacy & touch practices — introducing principles of conscious touch and massage that deepen connection (clothed and non-sexual).
Personalized at-home practices — tools and rituals to integrate this work into everyday life and sustain intimacy over time.
YOU WILL WALK AWAY FEELING…
More connected to each other — emotionally, physically, and energetically, with a deeper sense of closeness & understanding.
Safer to express yourselves — able to speak needs, desires, and boundaries with honesty, clarity, and less fear of conflict.
More presence in intimacy — slowing down, feeling each other more deeply, and moving out of routine or autopilot.
Clearer about your dynamic — understanding patterns, polarity, and what shapes attraction and desire between you.
More confident in touch and intimacy — with practical tools to create closeness, tenderness, and pleasure together.
Reconnected to desire — experiencing intimacy that feels alive, intentional, and nourishing rather than pressured or obligatory.
Equipped with shared practices — rituals and exercises you can return to again and again to sustain connection over time.

Couples sessions are ideally held in person in Vienna or Bratislava, especially for one-off workshops or deeper experiential sessions. Working together in the same physical space allows us to slow down, create a contained environment, and fully immerse in the process through guided conversation, rituals, and embodied exercises. These sessions usually last several hours and are designed as a complete, nourishing experience for both partners.
I also offer online sessions, which are best suited for longer-term guidance, ongoing coaching, or integration work over time. Online sessions can be a beautiful way to support couples who want continuity, reflection, and support in conflict situations or with repeating patterns.
Together, we’ll choose the format that best supports your relationship and intentions.

Each session is carefully tailored to you as a couple. We begin with a grounded check-in to arrive and set a shared intention, followed by facilitated conversations and simple embodied exercises that support emotional closeness and understanding.
Depending on the session, I guide you through couple rituals or conscious, Tantra-inspired practices (clothed, partially clothed & non-sexual) that invite presence, trust, and connection. We close with integration and practical takeaways you can continue at home.
Sessions are designed to feel safe, contained, and nourishing, creating a meaningful experience of reconnection.

Yes. I offer conscious de-coupling support for couples who feel that separation may be the most honest next step.
However, if you are not decided yet, I can only work with couples who are genuinely willing to engage in the process with respect, presence, and care. This is not mediation for unresolved conflict, nor a space where one partner is trying to convince the other to stay or leave.
It is about:
creating clarity instead of confusion
honoring what is/was shared
taking responsibility for your part
and transitioning with integrity rather than harm into a new version of yourselves as a union
Whether the intention is to reconnect or to part ways consciously, my role is to support truth, emotional responsibility, and conscious choice - not avoidance or half-hearted engagement.

This comes up often.
It’s natural for partners to have different levels of curiosity, readiness, or comfort with embodied and relational work. What matters is not equal enthusiasm, but mutual consent and respect for the process.I don’t work with couples where one partner is being pushed or convinced against their will. During our initial conversation, we will explore whether both of you feel willing enough to show up honestly and engage in the work together.
-
Yes.
I work with couples at different stages - from newer partnerships wanting to build a strong foundation, to long-term relationships seeking reconnection, intimacy, or clarity.
-
I work with couples through facilitated conversations, body-based practices, guided rituals, and experiential exercises that help you feel and relate differently - not just understand things on an intellectual level. The emphasis is on how you show up together in real time: how you communicate, touch, listen, and connect.
Therapy often looks at patterns through reflection and dialogue over time. My work complements this by creating direct experiences of connection, safety, and intimacy, which can shift dynamics quickly and give you tools you can apply immediately in everyday life.
This is not a replacement for therapy. If a couple needs psychological or trauma-focused support, I encourage working with a licensed professional alongside this work.

It really depends on your intention.
Some couples come for a single session to create a meaningful experience, reconnect, or explore intimacy in a new way. Others seek ongoing support for a specific relationship challenge, communication patterns, or deeper transformation over time.During our first conversation, we’ll clarify what you are looking for and decide together whether a one-off session or a series of sessions would best support you as a couple.
There’s no fixed path - the work is always tailored to your relationship and where you are right now.

Pricing depends on the type of work we do and whether you choose a single session workshop or a multi-session package, online or offline.
Because every couple comes with different needs and goals, I create personalized packages after our initial call so you receive the level of support that truly fits you.
You’ll receive clear pricing and options before you commit to anything. However, to give you a better idea, a one-time in-person workshop of 2 - 4 hours can move on the spectrum between 350 - 500€.
